What are the acceptable forms of payment?
We accept all Nigerian Issued payment Cards and transfer to Bank payment options.
Is my payment secure?
Yes, your payment is processed by Paystack which is a secure CBN regulated payment processor approved for all Nigerian Banks.
What happens if my card was debited and my transaction failed?
Please contact your bank, providing them with details of the failed transaction.
Can you provide me a discount code for my order?
Our discounts are applied during promotions. Please follow us on our social media pages or sign up for our Newsletter for announcements on upcoming promotions.
How do I check if a product has a certain ingredient?
Please visit the product page and check the ingredients list for the product you are interested in.
Why is the consistency different from the product I just ordered to the one I already have?
We use natural and organic ingredients with no harmful chemicals. Due to the nature of the ingredients, the consistency and scent may differ.
Do you accept Returns?
We only accept returns and exchanges for goods damaged at the point of delivery to customers. All goods received in good condition are not returnable.
How soon after I place an order will my order ship?
All orders have 2 business days delivery timeline upon receipt of order and confirmation of payment (in the case of bank transfer) for deliveries within Lagos.
For deliveries outside Lagos, orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
We currently do not deliver outside Nigeria.
Can you package my order as a gift?
Yes, just remember to add gift wrap to your cart.
At checkout, specify the preferred delivery date in the notes section (please note delivery timelines stated above), telephone number and special message to the gift recipient. E.g “Wishing you a special day ahead, from Ty”
Note: The address of the gift recipient should be the address listed as the shipping address for the order, gift wrap is currently available only for deliveries in Lagos.
The order status is delivered but I didn’t receive my package. What if I have a lost or stolen package?
All orders require signature before delivery, Cosmetalogy will not accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order.
Once an order has shipped, the courier will place a call across to schedule a convenient time, we recommend the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package.
Please note: In the event that the delivery attempt has been made twice and the customer remains unreachable, the package will be returned by courier and no refunds made.
How do I receive Free Shipping on my order?
To qualify for Free Shipping, your order must reach the minimum spend value of N10,000 (deliveries within Lagos only), timeline for deliveries remain 2 business days.
